Healthy Transitions Together Event

Mamas, kiddos, families and caregivers join us for a free community event to connect with excellent local health and wellness resources!
We will have a story time with Albany County Public Library, a playtime with The Nest, a birth stories and parenthood speak-out session, and prenatal/kids yoga hosted by Hot Power Yoga!
FREE giveaways, snacks and refreshments! We can’t wait to see you there!
Happening in the South Gym at the Laramie Plains Civic Center – join us at The Nest afterwards for some play time!
